Starting a new project?

It helps if your first email covers:

• What the AI system does and who uses it
• Which model or vendor it is built on, if you can share that
• What worries you most: accuracy, safety, bias, performance, or something else
• Any deadline, such as a launch or audit date

Please don't send passwords, API keys or personal data by email. We'll agree a secure way to share access once an engagement is in place.

Existing clients

For support on a current or completed engagement, email us with your project name in the subject line. Billing and invoice queries go to the same address.

Privacy and complaints

To exercise your data protection rights or raise a privacy complaint, see our privacy policy, which names our Grievance Officer.
